This recipe is courtesy of the Kahlua Website that my boyfriend Marvin sent me. IT had several desserts and entree's that he wanted me to make for our dinner that saturday. Neither one of us was disappointed in the amazing recipes on this website.

- Make 3 cups of Espresso for each person. You can make the coffee, concentrated and of good quality, either with the Espresso machine or with the traditional Italian moka. If this is the case, brew extra strong coffee.
- Place three scoops of gelato in a glass or in a goblet for each person. Then pour the hot coffee directly on top of the Gelato. Serve immediately.

- Line a 9-in. square pan with foil; grease foil with 1 teaspoon butter. In a large heavy saucepan, cook and stir white chocolate over low heat until melted. Add milk and remaining butter; stir until blended. Remove from heat; stir in pecans and Kahlua., Spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate, covered, 2 hours or until firm. Remove foil; cut fudge into 1-in. squares. Store between layers of waxed paper in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
