Sweet Dreams Chocolate Fudge Candy image

This fudge is so delicious. Paula Deen had a guest on her show awhile back, named Max Brenner. He is the owner of Sweet Dreams Candy shop, I'm not sure, but I think his shop is in Savannah, Georgia. Number Of Ingredients 8

1 - -7oz. jar(s) marshmallow cream ( clouds )
1 1/2 c white sugar ( princess's diamonds )
2/3 c evaporated milk ( mountain snow )
1/4 c butter ( candy bricks )
1/4 tsp salt (the lost sea )
3 c milk choclate chips ( from the milky way )
1/2 c chopped nuts ( hidden forest )
1 tsp vanilla extract ( magical island )

Steps:

  • 1. Line an 8 by 8 inch pan with aluminum foil. Set aside.)
  • 2. In a Large saucepan over medium heat. Combine marshmallow cream, sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt. Bring to a full boil, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly until thick.
  • 3. Remove from and pour in the milk chocolate chips. Stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into small squares and wrap in the "dream" or parchment paper.
