Crock pot German Chocolate cake image

This was in a crock pot cook book. We tried it two days ago. It was really good. The topping seams to go through out the cake.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 1/2 c german chocolate pudding cake mix
3/4 c water
3 Tbsp cooking oil
2 medium eggs
1/4 c melted butter
1/4 c coconut
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c pecans chopped

Steps:

  • 1. combine cake mix, oil, water and eggs. beat well 2 minutes
  • 2. pour melted butter in bottom of a greased and floured small casserole dish. Put in the batter
  • 3. mix together the coconut, brown sugar and pecans. mix well and sprinkle over the top.
  • 4. Put the pan inside the crock pot and put the crock pot lid on. Cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
