Sour Cream Dill Potato Salad image

Quick summer salad, but I make it all year around. I reduce the fat content by using all reduced calorie product.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 lbs red potatoes
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon dill
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Wash potatoes.
  • Boil till tender.
  • Let chill slightly.
  • Slice or quarter put in bowl.
  • Blend together all other ingredients.
  • Pour dressing over potatoes.
  • Chill.
