One-Pot Herb-Crusted Pork Chop Dinner image

One pot and 5 minutes of prep gets you well on your way to a juicy pork chop alongside cheesy shells with green beans. Nicely done, Mom.

Number Of Ingredients 6

8 boneless pork chops (2 lb.)
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp. oil
3 cups water
1 pkg. (24 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen green beans

Steps:

  • Sprinkle both sides of chops with seasoning. Heat oil in Dutch oven on medium heat. Add chops, in batches; cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (145ºF.) Remove to plate; cover to keep warm.
  • Add water to Dutch oven; bring to boil. Stir in Shell Macaroni; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. Add beans; cover. Cook 6 min. or until pasta is tender and beans are heated through.
  • Stir in Cheese Sauce; cook until heated through. Serve with chops.
