MOM'S CHIPPED BEEF CHEESE BALL

Steps:

• 1. Put chipped beef in a blender and blend into fine pieces.
• 2. Put softened cream cheese in a bowl and add the horseradish, according to your taste. Add some of the chipped beef, mixing it by hand through the cheese.
• 3. Form cheese into a ball and roll into remaining chipped beef. Put in center of a pretty dish and surround with good crackers or raw vegetables, if preferred.
