A quick tasty side dish, reminded me of what our favorite Chinese restaurant serves...not a morsel left. If you don't like spice, just leave out the pepper flakes... Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. Place a pot of water on stove and bring to a boil. Add about 1 tsp salt to the water.
- 2. Snap bean ends and cut either in half or 2 inch pieces.
- 3. Once water is boiling, add the beans and cook no longer than 3 minutes, you want them to be crisp tender. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- 4. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and pepper flakes. Stir frequently and saute for roughly 2 minutes.
- 5. Add the beans and toss to coat with garlic. Salt and pepper and saute just long enough to heat through. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and almond...Give them a squeeze of lemon, stir and serve immediately.
- 6. Enjoy!
