Easy Crockpot Potato Soup image

I love this with a pan of corn bread or crackers. Any type of frozen potato will work, a friend of mine used tator tots and it was so very good.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 pkg 30 oz. frozen hashbrowns
3 can(s) 14 oz chicken broth
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1/2 c onion
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 pkg 8 oz. cream cheese
4 slice cooked bacon
shredded cheese
green onions
sour cream

Steps:

  • 1. Cook bacon until good and done,drain on paper towel to soak up grease.
  • 2. Combine all ingredients except cream cheese and last three ingredients (those are for garnish)and put in crockpot.
  • 3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. In last hour put in cream cheese and cook until well combined. Enjoy!
