THE DERBY IS A KENTUCKY HOLIDAY. WE BRING OUR BEST AND MOST REQUESTED RECIPES OUT FOR OUR DERBY PARTIES. THIS IS A POPULAR ONE THAT IS ASKED FOR EACH YEAR. I USE CHOCOLATE OR CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES.

Steps:
- 1. PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 325
- 2. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND STIR BY HAND.POUR INTO UNBAKED PIE SHELL. BAKE UNTIL GLOSSY AND SET 25-30 MINUTES. DO NOT OVER BAKE.
