CRISPY MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 cup cider vinegar
1-1/3 cup unsweetened apple juice
1 tsp. pepper
1 10 oz. pkg. french stylegreen beans, thawed and drained
1 10 oz. pkg. tiny green peas, thawed and drained
1 12 oz. can shoe peg whole kernal corn, drained
1 2 oz. jar diced pimento, drained
1/2 cup diagonally sliced celery
1 small green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped green onion

Steps:

  • Combine first three ingredients and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients; pour marinade over. Stir gently, cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring occasionally.
