CHICKEN WITH ROSEMARY image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/4 cup kosher salt
1 1/2 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, minced
1/2 tablespoon ground pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon oil
8 chicken breasts (bone & skin)

Steps:

  • Rub onto chicken; refrigerate 20-40 minutes (or longer). Rinse (I don't do this) and grill. You can microwave it for a couple minutes before grilling to cut grilling time (I don't do this either)
