Chicken Stuffed Shells image

This is my husband's grandma's recipe. It is very delicious. It is great on a cold winter's day. It also can be prepped ahead of time. You get a lot so you could put some aside to freeze. I serve them with homemade mashed potatoes and a veggie.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 box(es) jumbo pasta shells
3 to 4 large boneless chicken breasts
2 can(s) cream of chicken soup (large cans)
2 box(es) stove top chicken stuffing
1/2 cup(s) mayonaise
- water

Steps:

  • Cook shells by directions on box. When ready drain and set aside.
  • Boil chicken for 15 minutes.
  • Prepare and cook stuffing.
  • After chicken is boiled, drain. Dice the chicken. Put the chicken, mayonnaise, and stuffing in a large bowl and mix.
  • At the bottom of a 9 x13 casserole dish, put half of one can of cream of chicken soup on bottom. Dilute with a little water.
  • Pick up the shells and begin to use the stuffing mixture to stuff them. Place in casserole dish. Pour the rest of the cream of chicken soup on the top of the shells.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
