CHEESE SPREAD WITH RASPBERRY JALAPENO SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 5

• 1 1/2 lbs. white cheddar cheese
• 1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise, or 1 cup light
• 1 Tbsp. Onions, finely chopped
• 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
• 1 jar Zack's Raspberry Jalapeno Sauce

Steps:

  • mix all ingredients (not jelly) til smooth line pie pan with foil and pour into pie pan. refrigerate several hours til chilled lift cheese with foil and turn over into plate spoon jelly over cheese serve with crackers
