Steps:
- In a medium pan over medium-high heat, saute the onion and pepper in olive oil until tender. Add the garlic and Cajun seasoning and saute 2 minutes. Pour in the beans and stir until heated through. Remove the pan from heat and then transfer the mixture to a food processor. Pulse until all the ingredients are incorporated. Add the pepper sauce and lime juice and pulse to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to sit at least one hour before serving.
