- Mash up the bananas in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, mini chocolate chips and cinnamon.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into a 1-inch ball. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours, allowing the oats enough time to soften.
- Store the energy bites in the refrigerator.

- Mix oats, almond butter and honey in a large bowl.
- Mash the banana, then add it into the bowl of oats.
- Add chocolate chips. Mix.
- Place bowl in the refrigerator for 60-90 minutes, or until the mixture has solidified.
- Mold mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Serve immediately.
