SESAME-PISTACHIO SNACK MIX
This snack mix is filled with superfoods including pistachios which are known to help with eyesight. It's a mix spicy with sweet flavors that will keep you snacking on superfoods for days!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 325˚ and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk the egg white in a large bowl until frothy, then whisk in the sugar, thyme, chili powder, 1 1/4 teaspoons salt and a few grinds of pepper. Add the pepitas, pistachios and sesame seeds; toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake, tossing halfway through, until crisp and dry, about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, add the wasabi peas to the warm snack mixture and toss. Let cool.
PISTACHIO-PINEAPPLE MALLOW DESSERT
Pistachio pudding, pineapple and walnuts are layered with COOL WHIP and miniature marshmallows for a creamy and luscious layered dessert.

Steps:
- Combine dry pudding mix, pineapple, nuts and 1 cup marshmallows in large bowl. Gently stir in 1 tub COOL WHIP.
- Add 2 cups of the remaining marshmallows to remaining COOL WHIP in separate bowl; mix lightly.
- Layer half each of the pudding mixture and marshmallow mixture in large serving bowl; repeat layers. Top with remaining marshmallows and cherries. Refrigerate 1 hour.

CHAAT MASALA MIXED NUTS WITH CORNFLAKES
These spiced nuts with chaat masala are tangy, spicy, and the perfect thing to nibble on with drinks during the holidays.

- Whisk chaat masala, cayenne, and sugar in a small bowl to blend. Combine cornflakes, almonds, cashews, and pecans in a medium bowl.
- Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium. Add cornflake mixture and toss to coat. Cook, tossing often, until fragrant and beginning to turn golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer cornflake mixture to a rimmed baking sheet and sprinkle half of chaat masala mixture over; toss to coat. Sprinkle remaining chaat masala mixture over and toss to coat again. Let cool, then transfer to a large bowl. Do ahead: Nut mix can be made 1 week ahead. Store airtight at room temperature.
