Steps:
- Whisk sauce mix and milk together in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add butter. Bring to a boil, stirring until melted and smooth. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thick, about 1 minute. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook asparagus for 3 minutes. Drain and run under cold water to stop the cooking process. Transfer to a cutting board and pat dry with paper towels.
- Wrap a slice of ham around 4 asparagus spears and place on a serving tray. Repeat with remaining asparagus and ham. Drizzle hollandaise sauce over the asparagus bundles and garnish with dill.

- Combine asparagus tips, water, and kosher salt in a skillet; bring to a boil and cook until asparagus is tender to the bite but still crisp, about 2 minutes. Drain asparagus in a colander and immediately immerse in ice water for several minutes until cold to stop the cooking process. Drain and pat asparagus dry with paper towels.
- Place a piece of ham on a work surface, curved side of ham towards the top. Put 1/2 teaspoon goat cheese in center of ham and top with 2 asparagus spears, tips pointing to curved side of ham. - Heat oven to 375°F (if using dark or nonstick pan, heat oven to 350°F).
- In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, garlic powder and boiling water with fork until dough forms. Divide dough into fourths. Place dough pieces on surface dusted with Bisquick mix; roll in Bisquick mix to coat. Press each piece into 7x5-inch rectangle, 1/4 inch thick.
- Center 1 provolone cheese slice and 1 ham slice on each rectangle, folding to fit if needed. Top each with 1 chicken tender. Starting at 7-inch side, roll up each bundle. Press ends and seam to seal. Tuck ends under. On ungreased cookie sheet, place seam side down. Brush with butter; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 25 to 33 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center of chicken reads 170°F and bundles are golden brown. Serve topped with pasta sauce.

- In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add the milk, shortening, eggs, sugar, salt and 2 cups flour; beat until smooth. Add enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. , Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. - 1. Gather ingredients: Preheat oven to 350 degree Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan, set aside
- 2. Cook chicken in water, drain, chop medium pieces. Chop ham into medium pieces. In a medium bowl; add chicken, ham, cream cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup green onions till well blended. set aside, and make sauce
- 3. Sauce: Sauce: In medium saucepan; mix soups, 2 cups cheese, 1/2 cup green onions, salt, pepper, and 2 cups milk until cheese melts. Set aside.
- 4. Assemble the bundles: Unroll the cans of crescent rolls. I cut each roll into 4 equal portions with a sharp knife. With your fingers; spread each portion into individual squares, large enough to hold 2 tablespoons of filling. You should have 8.
- 5. Now, fill each square with 2 heaping tablespoon fulls of chicken mixture; bring each of the 4 corners to meet and the top and squeeze closed.
- 6. Ladle some of the sauce into the bottom of a 13 x 9 baking dish; place the bundles in the dish.
- 7. I made a box of stove top stuffing, made balls, and placed them where I had room. ( optional)..ladel the sauce over the bundles. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, bake 45 minutes or until golden brown, or cooked through. You will probably have leftover sauce, we use it as a gravy for my sour cream, chive, mashed potatoes..is so good.

- Heat oven to 400ºF.
- Trim asparagus into 5-inch spears. Add to pan of boiling water; cook 2 to 3 min. or just until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, discard trimmed asparagus pieces or reserve for another use. (See tip.)
- Drain cooked asparagus spears. Immediately add to bowl of ice water; let stand until completely cooled.
- Meanwhile, cover baking sheet with parchment; spray with cooking spray. Unfold pastry sheet onto lightly floured cutting board; roll into 9-inch square. Spread with mustard; cut into 9 (3-inch) squares.

- 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Unroll crescent roll dough; form into four 6x3 1/2-inch rectangles by pressing perforated edges of two triangles together.
- 2. In a saucepan combine the ham, chopped apple, sour cream, chopped green onions, and prepared mustard. Heat through over low heat. Do not boil.
- 3. Spoon one-fourth of the ham mixture onto half of each dough rectangle. Fold over the other half of the dough: seal edges with the tines of a fork.
- 4. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Brush bundles lightly with milk. Bake in the 426 degree oven about 10 minutes or till golden brown.
