EASY CHANTERELLE MUSHROOMS IN CREAM SAUCE
Chanterelle mushrooms are prepared in a simple cream sauce with shallots and herbes de Provence and make a great side dish or vegetarian pasta sauce.

Steps:
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat and cook shallots until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add chanterelle mushrooms and cook an additional 2 minutes. Add cream and cook until mushrooms are soft, 5 to 10 minutes.
- Stir flour and water together and add to mushrooms. Bring to a boil. Season with salt, herbes de Provence, and pepper.

EASY CREAMY MUSHROOMS
The easiest, creamiest mushrooms you will ever have - it's so good, you'll want to skip the main dish and make this a meal instead!

Steps:
- Melt butter in a large skillet oven over medium heat. Add garlic and mushrooms, and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and browned, about 5-6 minutes. Stir in heavy cream, thyme and oregano; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until slightly reduced and thickened, about 5-6 minutes. Stir in Parmesan. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.
EASY MUSHROOMS IN CREAM SAUCE
I usually use button mushrooms or white mushrooms, but you can use any combination. I like using creme fraiche, but you can substitute cream as well. Serve with noodles, rice, or bread.

Steps:
- Drizzle mushrooms with lemon juice.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat and cook onion until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook until softened and liquid has mostly evaporated, about 5 minutes. Dust with flour and mix well. Add broth and cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Stir creme fraiche into skillet. Season mixture with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Stir parsley in before serving.

EASY MUSHROOM CREAM SAUCE
I just threw this together but it was soooo good. it has an amazing taste to it. i cooked some pasta noodles and ate it with that.

Steps:
- slice all of your mushrooms and add them to a non stick pan with butter till they get soft and a golden color.
- Add your garlic (minced) and cook till fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, beef broth, and seasonings to the pan. Let that cook on medium heat stirring often till it gets a little thick and leaves a thin layer of sauce on your spatula. About 10 minutes. .
- Add your cheese, mix until it's melted. .
- Serve.
