Slice the bananas (abt 1/2 " thick slices) 3. Arrange slices all over bottom & sides of pie (cover the shell) 4. Spread carefully over the bananas and smooth. 5. Top with blueberry pie filling & drop fresh blueberries onto the top of filling. 6. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving and Enjoy :) Refrigerate leftovers, use within a couple days. 2 cups strawberries
1/2 cup sugar (to taste)
1 cup water
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
2 cups blueberries
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup blueberries, strawberries, and banana slices

  • When shell is cool, dump the three pudding/fruit mixtures into the crust in 3 vertical stripes.
