- Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
- Mix mustard and butter in medium bowl until blended; gradually stir in beer. Add to dry ingredients; stir just until moistened.
- Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 45 to 50 min. until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
