OMG!!!! Careful with these. They are so good... Remember not to drink and drive.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 box(es) pineapple gelatin
1 cup(s) boiling water
3/4 cup(s) malibu rum
1/4 cup(s) blue curacao
- plastic shot glasses
- maraschino cherries (optional garnish)

Steps:

  • Place Pineapple gelatin into heat proof bowl
  • Pour in boiling water - being sure to whisk until gelatin is completely dissolved - 2 minutes. add alcohol and stir
  • pour approx 2oz of liquid into plastic shot glasses. Add cherries (optional)
  • place in refrigerator for approx 2-4 hours until set.
