Yogurt Biscuits image

Ok, so we all know that necessity and her sister desperation, are the mothers of invention, right? Well, that's how this recipe came about. My buttermilk and milk had both become experiments in culture, and I don't mean they were traveling the world, although when I opened the containers it definitely sent my olfactory senses...

Number Of Ingredients 4

4 c flour
3/4 c sprite
1/4 c melted butter
1 c plain yogurt

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together. Either drop the dough onto a floured surface, knead a couple times and roll it out to 3/4-1 inch thickness and cut the biscuits out, or drop by large heaps onto a cookie sheet and press out slightly to 3/4-1 inch thickness.
  • 2. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-17 minutes. Enjoy!
