yam pineapple casserole image

found this one in a recipe book several years ago.my family loves it. great for holidays.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1-16-oz can(s) sweet potatoes
1 egg beaten
1/2 c brown sugar
4 Tbsp butter, melted
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 c pineapple, crushed
2/3 can(s) marshmallows, mini
1/4 c orange juice, fresh opptional

Steps:

  • 1. beat all ingredients together,butter baking dish,dot 1/2 of the marshmallows,then add remaining mixture. bake at 350 degrees fir 30 minutes remove from oven, dot top with marshmallows and replace in oven about 10 minutes longer or till browned on top. enjoy
