Trump Card Cocktail Ruebens image

This appetizer version of a deli favorite has stacked corned beef, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing stacked on cocktail rye bread to serve in bite-size portions.

Number Of Ingredients 7

see savings 1/3 cup Thousand Island dressing
see savings 1 - 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
see savings 3 tablespoons butter, melted
see savings 32 slices cocktail rye bread
see savings 12 ounces thinly sliced deli corned beef
see savings 4 ounces sliced Swiss cheese
see savings Assorted mustards (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degree F. In a small bowl, combine dressing and horseradish. Using half of the butter, lightly brush half of the bread on one side. Place on a 15x10x1-inch pan, buttered side down.
