Steps:
- 1. Trim and wash artichokes. Mix together bread crumbs, cheese and spices. Stuff leaves of artichokes with mixture. Pour olive oil over stuffing. Place in large pot with about 1/2" of water. Cover and cook on medium heat about 45 minutes, until leaves pull away easily.. Enjoy
