SPICY BEEF DIP image

Yield 6-8 servings

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 lb gound beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic minced
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
3/4 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp sugar
1 8 oz pkg of cream cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Saute first 3 ingredients until tender Add sauce, ketchup, oregano and sugar to meat mixture and simmer covered for 10 min. Remove from heat and add cheeses. Serve with chips/crackers of your choice.
