3 tablespoons butter
4 ears corn (kernels removed)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon tarragon
1 dash pepper

Steps:

  • Melt butter in saucepan. Add all ingredients. Sauté on low/medium for 5-10 minutes or until tender. Stir often.
