SOUR CREAM POTATOES image

The O'Brien Potatoes by Ore Ida are the best....they have the peppers and onions included and are just the right amount for this recipe. A single recipe is supposed to feed about 8 regular serving sizes. This potato recipe was served at my first baby shower 36 years ago and has been a family favorite ever since. It goes well with beef, ham, chicken...really just about anything you want to serve it with. Is just as tasty as leftovers! Enjoy! Also...my family really loves them, so I always double the recipe!!
