- Spread jam onto bottom of crust. Mix Neufchatel and sugar in medium bowl with whisk until blended. Gently stir in 1/2 the COOL WHIP; spread over jam.
- Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in remaining COOL WHIP. Spread over Neufchatel layer.
- Refrigerate 4 hrs. or until firm.
