Steps:
- Put onion in the bottom of the crock-pot. Add brisket. Mix garlic, mustard, water, peppercorns, and brown sugar in a small bowl and pour evenly over the meat. Add cabbage wedges.
- Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or high for 5-6 hours or until meat is at desired tenderness.
- Put meat on a platter or cutting board and slice. Put in plates and cover with cabbage/onion mix and juice.
