Skor Cookies image

I love Skor candy bars. This recipe is like a chocolate chip cookie with Skor added!

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 c softened butter
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 c finely chopped skor candy bars
1 c semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • 1. heat oven to 375 degrees. In large mixer bowl, cream butter, sugars and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Combine flour, soda and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Stir in Skor and chips. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.; Bake 8-10 min or until lightly browned. Cool slightly, remove from cookie sheet onto wire rack. Cool completely.
