Steps:
- Clean asparagus. Cut into 1" pieces. Bring water to boil and add asparagus. Return to boil and boil for 1 minute. Drain water off in colander. Place asparagus in ice water. Stir in cold water until asparagus is cold. Drain. Pat asparagus dry with towel. In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoon of toasted sesame seed oil, 1 tablespoon of sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Mix in asparagus. Toss until asparagus is fully coated.
