This is a wonderful recipe I found in a popular cooking magazine back in 2009, I have made some small changes to fit our tastes. The spices are always on hand and this recipe is so easy. Number Of Ingredients 9

2 (6oz.) tilapia fillets
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp steak seasoning, (i use mccormick's montreal steak seasoning)
1/2 tsp dried parsely flakes
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp kosher or sea salt salt
1/8 tsp coursely ground pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Place fillets in a greased 11-in.x7-in. baking dish. Brush with mayonnaise. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; sprinkle over fillets.
  • 2. Cover and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 5-8 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
