Steps:
- Make sure the broccoli and noodles are cooked before anything else. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook and drain macaroni as directed on package.
- While the macaroni is cooking, melt margarine in 1 1/2 quart sauce pan over low heat. Stir in flour and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in 1 cup of cheese until melted. Mix macaroni, broccoli, salmon and sauce in ungreased 2 quart casserole.
- Cover and bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake uncovered about 5 minutes or until heated through.
