1 1/2 cups small shell pasta, cooked
2 hardboiled egg
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish (your preference) or 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish (your preference)
1 cup small baby shrimp (small salad shrimp)
1 small red onion, diced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup fresh sweet peas (can use frozen, thawed)
4 tablespoons salad dressing (mayo or Miracle Whip, if mixture is too dry, add more salad dressing)
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper, to taste
handful chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Steps:

  • Combine all salad ingredients in large bowl.
  • Whisk together all dressing ingredients in small mixing bowl.
  • Pour salad dressing over the salad and mix well. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
