Steps:
- 1)Cook giblets (about 30 minutes then add liver and cook another 30 minutes. Pick meat from neck and chop giblets; set aside. 2) Cook sausage, onion and celery in cast iron skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink; drain. 3) Place sausage mixture, stuffing crumbs, butter, and pepper into same cast iron pan. Pour broth and Knorrs chicken stock over mixture; toss to combine. Cover and cook on Low heat setting (small burner) 3 hours to 3 hours 30 minutes. Gently stir in cheese. 4) Serve stuffing, or keep warm in cast iron cooker up to 1 hour.
