Steps:
- Freeze 2 plates for at least 10 minutes
- Warm up 1 oz ice cream scooper
- Top 1 pretzel with 1 oz ice cream scoop, top with another pretzel and press down. Do them all and re-freeze for at least 15 minutes.
- Combine chocolate, peanut butter, coconut oil and large pinch kosher salt in small saucepan. Heat over medium-low, stirring until mixture is smooth and then remove from heat.
- Remove sandwiches from freezer, drizzle with sauce with a spoon and re-freeze. Chill at least 30 minutes.
