Praline Sauce image

Number Of Ingredients 4

3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and cream. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a full boil. Reduce heat. Boil gently for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in vanilla. Cool. Use as a filling in Towering Praline Carrot Cake with Candied Pecans.
