Number Of Ingredients 11

2 eggs
20 oz can(s) can of crushed pineapple with juice
2 c sugar
2 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 c crumbled walnuts
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c butter
1/2 box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Steps:

  • 1. heat oven to 350
  • 2. slightly beat eggs - add undrained pineapple, sugar, flour, baking soda, vanilla, and walnuts.
  • 3. pour into ungreased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • 4. This cake is very moist so do not remove from pan - place in refrigerator for at least an hour before frosting.
  • 5. Now make the frosting! Mix together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. (you can add a little milk if consistency is not what you like)
  • 6. This cake is best if made the day before serving!
