Steps:
- Cut top off pineapple, cut pineapple lengthwise into four wedges, cut off center rind, slice down middle and across to make cubes.
- Lay on top of aluminum foil, sprinkle with Jell-O powder.
- Freeze for several hours. Take out insert toothpicks and serve.
