Pineapple Ice Cream image

This was my mom's recipe. She always said, "You can eat as much as you want because there is no sugar in the recipe."

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2 can(s) evaporated milk
- whole milk, to equal 6 cups milk
1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
3 cup(s) sour cream

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients and pour into ice cream freezer. Close the freezer and mix until hardened. (This recipe makes 1-1/2 gallons of ice cream; adjust ingredients for smaller amounts.)
