PECAN DELIGHTS image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 small cream cheese 4 oz
1 egg
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp melted butter
3/4 c. nuts
1 tsp vanilla
Dash of salt

Steps:

  • Cream butter and cream cheese and add flour 1/3 at a time. Refrigerate Beat eggs, add brown sugar, butter,salt and vanilla. Add nuts. Press cream cheese mixture into extra small cupcake tines. Fill each cup with egg and nut mixture. Bake 20 min at 400
