Peach Salad image

Refreshing salad for a hot summer day.

Number Of Ingredients 8

8 ounce(s) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup(s) powdered sugar
12 ounce(s) container frozen whipped topping
3 ounce(s) package peach jello
14 ounce(s) can sliced peaches, chopped, drained, reserving 2 t. syrup
8 ounce(s) container small curd cottage cheese
2 cup(s) mini marshmallows
1/2 cup(s) pecans, chopped

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together for 3-5 minutes, or until fluffy and smooth.
  • Fold in whipped topping, cottage cheese and dry Jello mix. Then add in chopped peaches and 2 tablespoons reserved peach syrup.
  • Stir in mini marshmallows. Then cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 2 hours.
  • Before serving, stir in pecans.
