PAN-BROILED LEMON GARLIC SOCKEYE SALMON image

2 4-6 oz wild salmon fillets
2 tbl butter or olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp lemon pepper
lemon wedges

Steps:

  • melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat stir in garlic season both sides of fish with lemon-pepper place fillets or steaks in pan and cook for 10 minutes per inch thickness flip fish halfway through cooking to brown on both sides sprinkle with lemon just before serving
