Steps:
- Cut breasts in half horizontally to make two thin cutlets each. Combine yogurt, salt and paprika. Spread over breasts, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour. Combine bread crumbs and seasoning. Spread oil on a cookie sheet. Remove breasts from marinade, shaking off excess. Dip cutlets in crumbs and place on cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes, till lightly browned and slightly crispy. You can play with the seasonings in the marinade and crumbs for variation.
