Olive Oil Salad Dressing (vinaigrette) image

This is a recipe from http://www.ilovefood.com.mt, which I adapted to our tastes, which is a site to discover Malta's culinary delights. This makes makes close to 3 cups of Vinaigrette/salad dressing, so feel free to scale it back for your family.

Number Of Ingredients 12

16 oz olive oil
1/2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped finely
3 large cloves garlic crushed
4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
4 Tbsp tarragon vinegar
4 Tbsp wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a jar. Let stand for at least two hours before use. The dressing keeps well in the refrigerator and can be used on salad, in pasta salads and sandwiches.
