2 x 10 oz cans peas
few pieces of butter
splash of white wine vinegar
sea salt and black pepper

Steps:

  • Drain the peas, tip into a pan, and lightly crush with a fork or a potato masher Place over medium heat and stir in the butter and a little splash of white wine vinegar. Stir frequently for a few minutes until the peas are heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
