MOCHA FONDUE image

Yield 2 cups

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 cups (18 ounces) milk chocolate chips (or dark)
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon instant coffee
2 tablespoons hot water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon ground cinammon

Steps:

  • In a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate with cream over low heat, stirring constantly. Dissolve coffee in water; add to chocolate with vanilla and cinammon. Mix well. Serve with: pound cake, shortbread, pretzel rods, strawberries, apples, kiwi, bananas, marshmallows.
