Steps:
- In a skillet, brown beef with onion, pepper. Add chili powder and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add the gravy, beans, cooked pasta, salt and pepper.
- Place into a 2 quart casserole (12x8x2).
- Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Stir. Top with cheese. Continue to bake until cheese melts.
