Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Either saute shrimp in a bit of olive oil, or boil for 2 minutes, until pink. Place pizza crusts on baking sheet. Combine pesto and yogurt and spread on crusts, leaving a 1-inch rim. Top pesto with olives, roasted red peppers, shrimp and feta cheese. Bake for 7-8 minutes or until cheese is softened and crust is crisp. Before serving, add optional toppers, if desired.
